The cruise terminal is located at Gravane, right in the centre of Kristiansand. The city centre (Kvadraturen) is just 10–15 minutes on foot — most of the city's highlights are within easy walking or short bus distance.

How to pay for buses in Kristiansand
📱 AKT Billett app
The easiest and cheapest way. Download before leaving the ship — available on App Store and Google Play. Select "Kristiansand" and buy a single ticket or day pass. Single: approx. NOK 40.
💳 Contactless card
Most buses accept Visa and Mastercard contactless directly on the bus reader. Slightly more expensive than the app, but convenient. Single: approx. NOK 45–55.
Day Pass (24-hour)
Best value if you plan to take more than 2 bus trips in a day. Available in the AKT Billett app. Approx. NOK 120.
Children (under 18)
Children travel at half price on all routes. Free for under 6s.
Entur app
For train tickets to other Norwegian cities. Download before your trip. The train station (Kristiansand Stasjon) is 15 min walk from the terminal.
